Centro Médico Adeslas

The doctor was lovely but half hour later than appt. Two stars because staff did not register me correctly for a resonancia so when I arrived at the center they could not take me. I had to make a new appointment. Very annoying.

Been going here for 7 years, always good service and usually appointments are on time. Always get a seat in the waiting areas, test results are prompt.

Appointments not really appointments. After getting the requirements from the doctor for a radiography , I need to schedule another appointment. In the day of the appointment I need another registration to get the actual appointments. The appointments are not scheduled with enough time between others or a buffer. We make efforts to come in time for the appointments but Adeslas doesn’t mind being punctual.

All i can say is Avoid Adeslas. It is not worth. You have many other Insurance companies which is much better than Adeslas. I am using Adeslas because my company has given no other option. But I don’t want to use it. Online site is pathetic, unavailable doctors, unavailable support and many more. Just avoid Adeslas.
